I would like to pay according to the payment plan, I understand and agree that my investment will start to count once the payment is complete.

I also understand that payments are not refundable as a farmland space we will be allocated on my first payment and other legal documentation (M.O.A. & Allocation papers) will be prepared upon completion of the payment.

I understand that failure to make the balance payment within the first three (3) months results in a ten percent (10%) administrative fee on the balance for each month that such an Investor fails to make the payment. I agree to pay the remaining investment sum within three (3) months of the first installment payment.
